How do I charge FOSSiBOT F1200 with solar power?

FOSSiBOT F1200 works with most solar panels, but we recommend using FOSSiBOT SP200 panels for best compatibility.
To charge, just plug your panel into the DC port behind the portable power station. Use the included adapter and charging cables.

Can FOSSiBOT 1200 charge and discharge at the same time?

Yes, it can charge your device while it's charging, and the process is safe, but it will slow down your charging process.

How long can the FOSSiBOT 1200 run on my device?

Running time = Battery capacity × η × DoD / Equipment power rating

"DoD" refers to the depth of discharge and "η" is the local inverter efficiency.

For the FOSSiBOT 1200, both DoD and η are almost 92%.

FOSSiBOT 1200 is a portable power station with 1024Wh Capacity and 1200W Output, as an example, if you use it to run a 500W heater, the run time will be: 1024Wh x 92% x 92% ÷ 500W ≈ 1.5hrs

Can I connect 2 x 200W solar panel to recharge FOSSiBOT F1200?

No, it supports 200W Max solar input and can be recharged in as little as 6.5 hours under full sunlight.

Why does my F1200 turn off automatically?

To protect your machine as well as prolong the battery use time, F2400 AC output and DC output ports will be turned off automatically after 8 hours of unuse. USB ports will be turned off after 5 minutes of unuse. When all discharge ports are in a turned-off state, the main power button will be turned off after 5 minutes of no operation.

When should I recharge the FOSSiBOT 1200 when I don't use it?

To better extend its lifespan, we recommend keeping it charged at 20% or more when you're not using it, and if you don't use it for a long time, please keep it charged once every three months.

Is the FOSSiBOT 1200 power station waterproof?

No, it is not waterproof, please do not use or charge it in a wet environment to prevent accidents.

Can FOSSiBOT F1200 be used as an uninterruptible power supply (UPS)?

Yes, with 10ms of switchover time, the power station can serve as a UPS during power outages to keep essential devices functioning.

Is it possible to replace the built-in battery?
